小小吐槽一下日自己的英语_网易订阅-好难英语网

这篇文章是《英语豆常识系列》第27篇。

我们晓得，王菲的英语歌很少，而《eyes on me》是其间比照闻名的一首。第一当然是

不唱不晓得，越唱越觉得歌词稍显别扭。查看了词作者，名字叫做Kako Someya，不由莞尔，日本词作者写的英文歌词，难怪歌词有点新鲜。看往日自己的英语也不只是是发音疑问很大，书面也有些小疑问，不过也可以只是个例。下面我就来对歌词以及有关的发音进行点评：

歌词：“Whenever sang my songs”这个表达不是很地道，这儿主语是有必要的，所以需要说成“Whenever I sang my songs”，接下来的“whenever said my words”也是有相同的。

发音：许多英语学习者发音的一大坏处就是把单词后边的子音吞掉，比方“heard”里边的“d”，这儿王菲的发音洁净清楚。特别是结束的后鼻音//更是简略发的不到位，而第一句里边就有两个单词需要创造白这个

尾音：sang和songs，请留心我在歌曲中这两个单词的发音。

发音：“You’d always be there in the corner”这句里边有两个连读“‘d和always”以及“there和in”，王菲都发的很精确。

发音：“liked it”和“placed your”的连读相对不是很简略，因为曩昔式的话读音里多加了一个“t”，所以再连读一同来就需要多操练了。

Darling, so there you are
With that look on your face
As if you’re never hurt
As if you’re never down

歌词：一般情况下，“as if”后边需要用虚拟口气，所以更精确的表达大约是“as if you were never hurt/down”。

发音：这儿天后的发音相对短少，听起来很像她忽略了歌词里的“’re”，而是简略唱成了“as if you never hurt/down”.

Shall I be the one for you
Who pinches you softly but sure
If frown is shown then
I will know that

you are no dreamer

歌词：“If frown is shown then”这儿的“frown”作为名词大约是可数的，所以更精确的表达大约是“if a frown shown”或许是“if frowns are shown”。不过话又说回来，这段歌词究竟想表达啥？

So let me come to you
Close as I wanted to be
Close enough for me
To feel your heart beating fast
And stay there as I whisper
How I loved your peaceful eyes on me
Did you ever know

歌词：这一段歌词的英文表达没啥太大疑问，还很浪漫呢，小小的点个赞。

Darling, so share with me
Your love if you have enough
your tears if you’re holding back
Or pain if that’s what it is
How can I let you know
I’m more than the dress and the voice
Just reach me out then
You will know that you’re not dreaming

歌词：“reach me out”的表达很别扭，可以这儿词作者想说的是“reach out to me”，也就是“try to communicate（usually in order to help or involve them）”，放在这个语境里显着是不适合的。我猜词作者想说“接近我，你就晓得你不是在做梦了”，那这儿“approach me”会更适合一些。
