mr. johnson: good morning. i booked a flight to san francisco tomorrow, but unfortunately, i have to change my plan. i would like to cancel my flight① and get my ticket refunded②.
receptionist: may i have your booking information, please.
mr. johnson: of course.
receptionist: to complete your request, i need to charge 25 dollars for late cancellation③.
mr. johnson: why should i pay for so much?
receptionist: it is 10% of your purchasing price.
mr. johnson: all right. please do it and refund the rest for me.
receptionist: here is the receipt④. your refund will be transferred to⑤ the account that you used for the ticket purchase. please sign your name here.

一般来说，要提前24小时奉告退票的，对话中的约翰逊先生是明早的航班，但今早才来处置退票，是恰当“迟了”。
